Today I am going to share an awesome workout with you all. It's one to target the upper body. It utilizes several different pieces of equipment, supersets, and hits many different upper body muscle groups.  It only takes 3 minutes to watch the whole video and then you can try this workout at the gym later!  

Before I share the video, I have to gush about my recent spa day. Hubby spoiled me with a birthday spa day in Fountain Hills, Arizona. Let me tell you, it was such a treat. First I got in a workout at their gym before stretching outside, relaxing in the sauna, and then getting a massage. The best part though was just spending time outside by the pool. Simply relaxing and taking in these gorgeous views from the resort... check em out!!  (workout video is after)​
